ABOUT THE SUMMIT
The Summit shall bring together diverse stakeholders related to the adoption eco-system, such as the Regulators, Policy Makers, Child Care Institutions, Care Givers, Adoption Agencies, Prospective Adoptive Parents, Families in Adoption, Adoptees, Lawyers, Doctors, NGOs and Service Providers in Adoption on a singular platform to celebrate the achievements made, cerebrate on the challenges observed and explore the opportunities ahead of us in establishing a positive identity in adoption along with ensuring safe, faster and legal adoptions in India.
The Summit is structured two-fold, with forenoon sessions delivering trends, statistics and insights in adoption from experts, specialists and practitioners from the field, sharing best practices, concerns and suggestions to improve the adoption eco system. The afternon session comprises of networking activity with families in adoption and a panel discussion on #Vision2036 – laying the foundation of adoption scenario in India, 10 years down the line.
At the Summit FoJ will also release its Collector’s Edition Souvenir on Adoption curating insights and experiences from a decade of #ReimaginingAdoption featuring contributions from Families, Professionals, Regulators, Stakeholders, Adoptees and Community Testimonials so as to guide families and stakeholders in adoption with mutual references, guidelines and survival tips while encountering challenges in adoption.
